GRC PRIVACY POLICY
1. General Provisions
GRC SP. Z O.O. company with its registered office in Wrocław at Porajowska 6/2 NIP: 894-317-84-60 REGON: 520771634 is the administrator of the data. Personal data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage is on secured servers.
The term ‘RODO’ means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
We respect the right to privacy and care for data security. For this purpose, among others, we secure communication (SSL protocol).
Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
2. Data Administrator
The service provider is the administrator of his clients’ data. This means that if you have an account on our site, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
-The service provider is also the administrator of individuals subscribed to the newsletter, contacting via the contact form and tracking our profiles on social media using the “Like” or “follow” function (Linkedin, Facebook)
-Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data according to:
a. implemented Privacy Policy
b. in the scope and purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the Service,
c. change or its solution and proper implementation of the services provided by electronic means,
d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you if [for example] you subscribed to the newsletter,
to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if you [for example] follow our social media profiles
-Each individual of those we collect the data, has full right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, correct, or delate totally as well as complaint to the supervisory authority.

– We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in case of eventual claims before a court while national or EU regulations oblige us to retain such data.
– The Service Provider has the right to disclose User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
-The removal of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
-The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
-We have implemented data security, password protection, data encryption, and we have access control implemented so that we minimize the effects of any data breach.
-Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely.
3. Cookies files

We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only inside GRC to optimize operations.

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to this by completing the form. We save and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform the given function.
